Tuning a grand or upright piano is $160.00
If the piano is down in pitch and has not been tuned in several
years it may require a pitch raise. That means to stretch a piano
back up to standard A440 pitch it may need a second fine tuning a
couple of months later if it has dropped more than 20% of a semi
tone. More time will also be spent on the first tuning at no extra
cost.
Repairs are based on $80.00 an hour.
Like a motor vehicle a piano has thousands of moving parts. Each
repair will be assessed and an exact quote will be provided in
advance.
