Our very old piano was way out of tone, not only did Richard tuned it accurately, he was also aware and adjust the touch of each key so they’re more responsive to play. It’s amazing, I know regulation is necessary to make the piano like new, Richard showed me not only how it’s done, he also gave us many good advices. Richard transformed my piano! The response of the keys has been much improved, and the sound has gone from being very harsh to much softer. Richard has been our tuner of choice for many years (Piano Traders) we trust him with our entire stock and he is wonderful to deal with. I have had my Kawai baby grand piano for the last six years and have had it tuned by various piano tuners during that time and have felt very dissatisfied with the results. Either the piano was still out of tune after the tuning or went out of tune in a few days. One tuner said that my piano was too difficult to tune and I should sell it, which I did contemplate.
